Election Process and Timeline
January - ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS Anyone interested in board and/or a leadership position is encouraged to participate. Email us at recording@sdissa.org, Provide us with your name, email address, and what position you are interested in.
February - ELECTIONS Voting will open/begin on Monday, February 22nd. Voting will remain open through Friday, February 26th (concluding during February’s Monthly Meeting). We will provide a separate communication with access to the voting platform to active members.
March - ANNOUNCEMENTS & NEW TERM BEGINS Voting results will be posted on the chapter website and shared via email. The new leadership team will begin serving their term immediately on March 1st.
DEADLINES
The last day to submit your entry for a position is Friday, February 13th at 12pm PST.
Voting must be received ON OR BEFORE Friday, February 26th (concluding during February’s Monthly Meeting).
VOTER ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
All ISSA members in Good Standing as of February 26th at 12pm PST are eligible to vote. Good Standing requires that the ISSA member must have paid their dues in full and must not be a suspended member.
Each ISSA Member in Good Standing is entitled to one vote.
